1. Acceptance

By using Deckify (deckify.ee), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Deckify is operated by Zasu OÜ, registered in Estonia.

2. The Service

Deckify provides AI-powered flashcard creation, summaries, MCQ tests, and study tools. We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro+). Features and limits may change over time.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Deckify.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time via your account page. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to VAT depending on your location.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting.
  • Submit harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content through AI generation features.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Share or resell access to the service.

6. Your Content

You own the content you create on Deckify. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your flashcards or notes.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zasu OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Deckify. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice.
